Free nursery education (up to 15 hours per week) for all children from the term after their 3rd birthday
Free nursery hours (up to 15 hours per week) for 2 YEAR OLDS from the term after their 2nd birthday. 2yr old free places are subject to funding from Hartlepool Borough Council based on parental earnings and family situation on a case-by-case basis as part of the government-funded 2 year old nursery education pilot.
